FIELD: forging equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has ring-shaped male die, female die with shaped working surface and mandrel. Female die with shaped side working surface is sectional and has radial holes for formation of projections on forged piece. Holes in sections of female die have expanding cross section and are inclined in the direction of outside surface of female die. Mandrel is rigidly installed inside ring-shaped male die which makes spaceless motion on female die. With reversible movement of male die forged piece is held in female die by radial manufacturing projections. In the process of pushing out forged piece from female die manufacturing projections are cut by cutting edges of radial holes of female die. EFFECT: enhanced operating capability. 4 cl, 4 dwg
