SUBSTANCE: nozzle of throwing head has the form of cylindrical union whose outlet holes are arranged successively in rows with the length of said holes growing towards the end of union while blind portions between the holes are longer than the holes of the preceding row. Blades are installed to match the outlet holes of pipe union successively along its length so that radial size of each successive row of blades is larger than that of blades in preceding row.
