MULTI-PURPOSE PROCESSING LINE FOR MANUFACTURE OF THE PRESTRESSED BUILDING CONSTRUCTIONS, THE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION AND THE FLOOR SLAB MANUFACTURED ON THIS PROCESSING LINE Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC B28B5/00 B28B13/02

Abstract RU 2293652 C1

FIELD: building materials industry; installations for manufacture of the prestressed building constructions.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the building materials industry, in particular, to the installations for manufacture of the prestressed building constructions including the floor slabs and may be used at erection of the residential, public and office buildings and structures and also at their restoration or reconstruction. The multiple-purpose processing line is intended for manufacture of the prestressed building constructions, predominantly the highway slabs, airfield slabs, floor slabs, including the floor slabs for the precast and cast-in-situ house-building, roof slabs, the slabs under street railway, the slabs under railway tracks, the slabs for bridges, the slabs under the subways trackings, the roof beams, frame filling constructions - components of fronts, the foundation girders, the floor joists preferably of the T-section. The line contains the vibroconcrete placer, the formwork made in the form of the underpan with the longitudinal sides fixed at least in the operational state on the underpan, the devices for delivery and mounting in the design position, and jacking with the station of tension and dumping arranged near to one butt face of the formwork, the anchor station arranged at the other butt of the formwork. The longitudinal sides of the formwork are mounted with the convergence of the longitudinal axis at least one of them to the longitudinal axis of the formwork in plane by the value making (0.9-30)·10-5 m. Each side is made from the inside chamfered upward at an angle to the vertical plane making 3-5°, and with the chamfer-forming prominence in the lower part. At that the underpan is placed on the fixed supports ensuring the possibility of the vertical alignment of the position of its molding surface at the stages of the erection and the subsequent operation. At that the underpan in its average length part is rigidly fixed, and on the remaining part of its length it is mounted on the supports with the possibility of slipping in length in both directions from the middle at the temperature deformations. The presented multiple-purpose processing line is used for manufacture of the construction structure and the floor slab, which are the independent subjects of the invention. The technical result ensured by the above presented set of the significant indications regarding the first and second objects consists in reduction of the labor and material inputs and in provision of the possibility to conduct the works at any weather conditions predominantly in the regions referred to the severe climatic zones with the low negative temperatures in winter at simultaneous decrease of duration of the manufacture works, production of the reliable structure with the improved technological characteristics and the heightened quality; at that there is the possibility to produce products of the various types and sizes of the building products, including the long-sized products.

EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction of the labor and material inputs, the possibility to conduct the works at any weather conditions mainly in the regions with the severe climatic zones and the low negative temperatures in winter, the decreased duration of the manufacture works, production of the reliable structures with the improved technological characteristics and the heightened quality, the possibility to produce products of the various types and sizes of the building products, including the long-sized products.
