FIELD: transport. SUBSTANCE: vehicle cab has air fairing 4 installed on roof and is provided with device to fix it in different positions. Fixing device has drive 5 (power cylinder, worm drive, etc), locks 6 with rollers 7, guides 8 with seats 9, 10, detents 11 with stops 12 and guides 13. Width of fairing 4 exceeds width of cab. Fairing 4 can be made, completely or partially, of transparent material whose strength characteristics exceed those of cab glasses 1, 3. At least one intermediate position of fairing 4 is provided. Fairing 4 in its lower position covers windshield glass 1 and glasses in vehicle cab doors 2. In this position fairing 4 protects glasses and driver from light and mechanical actions, from road mud and from criminals. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 2 cl, 5 dwg
