SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for protection against excessive solar radiation and the blinding light of oncoming vehicles. Device for protection against excessive optical radiation from the windscreen of the vehicle cabin includes the use of a protective mechanism such as a blind with a plate drive providing the position of maximum visual review, the position "closed" and others, the presence of sensors for the perception of optical radiation, the optical shutter, which regulates the intensity of the passage of radiation into the cabin and to the eyes of the operator, means of changing the transparency of the transmissive elements, the presence of a device that provides the position of the "visor" and the location of the security elements on the common frame.
EFFECT: full protection of the cab glass from optical radiation of any direction is achieved.
