FIELD: cleaning the water surface of petroleum and petroleum products. SUBSTANCE: the installation for cleaning the water surface of petroleum pollution uses a compressed-air source, delivery pipeline with a sprayer connected to it, suction pipeline communicating with an open collector of contaminants. The installation is provided with a sorbent bin, mixing ejector installed in the delivery pipeline and on one side connected to the bin through additional pipes, and on the other side - to the suction pipeline. Built-in the suction pipeline is a closed vessel communicating through its bottom part with the open collector of contaminants. To provide the functioning of the installation, it has a system of shut-off units installed in the delivery pipeline between the mixing ejector and sprayer, in the suction pipeline - before and after the closed vessel, in the additional pipeline - directly near the bin, as well as in the pipeline communicating the closed vessel with the open collector of contaminants.
