FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has capillary filled with electrolyte. The capillary is disposed horizontally. Platinum electrodes and cocks are mounted onto the opposite sides of the capillary. Capillary is provided with two side taps disposed in opposition. One side tap is made in form of a pipe which has medical injector. Piston of the injector is connected with micrometric movement unit. Hydrocarbon liquid is placed into the tap. The other tap is made in form of sealed pipe for placing specimen of rocks. Edge of specimen coincides with the base of the capillary. Start point of the capillary is connected with measuring vessel filled with electrolyte. Piezometer tube is mounted between cock and tap. EFFECT: improved precision of measurement. 1 dwg
