FIELD: optical instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposure to ultraviolet radiation and subsequent heat treatment. During the exposure and heat treatment an electric charge on the surface of the sample under test is measured. The characteristics of light sensitivity of the sample, required, are determined on the basis of calibration relationships, previously found. EFFECT: enhanced result accuracy. 2 dwg
