FIELD: instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: locking device has a body in the form of a pin with a head at one and with an annular groove at other end; the annular groove receives a fastener member made up of at least three slide blocks and a springy split ring. Each slide block is made like part of a hollow cylinder with rigid tabs in the form of a part of a hollow cone on the outer surface of which there are made an annular cylindrical surface and flats. The cap is made like a bush, having an inner annular groove for engaging with the slide blocks and having an axial through hole mating the through hole in the body.
