FIELD: simultaneous locking and sealing of containers, tanks, car carriers, hoppers-grain carriers, etc. SUBSTANCE: device includes length of rope whose one is fitted with end-piece and other end is rigidly secured; besides, device is provided with rope locking members which are made in the form of spring-loaded slide blocks arranged in housing; device housing is made in the form of hollow cylinder with through hole in its end whose diameter corresponds to diameter of length of rope placed in it; secured in the housing by means of split spring ring is cover provided with through axial cylindrical hole coaxial relative to axial hole in the housing; each slide block is flat and is provided with two similar symmetrical bevel side surfaces and with sharp edge on one of two other surfaces located between side surfaces at an angle <90 K relative to plane of slide block for engagement of sharp edge with side surface of length of rope in closing; all slide blocks are spring-loaded relative to housing; place for sealing information is provided on end-piece; flat end-piece is provided with through hole whose diameter corresponds to diameter of length of rope placed in it.
