FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of hardware, and in particular, to devices to lock and seal doors of railway cars, cargo containers and vans, hatches of tanks, steering wheels of hopper-grain carriers, bonded warehouses, storehouses, stores, stalls and other objects. Flexible locking-sealing device comprises body and section of rope, one end of which is passive. The second free end is equipped with tip and is pulled through inlet and outlet hole of body and through channel arranged between them to form loop. Besides the second free end is fixed in through channel with closure by means of locking mechanism arranged in body closed with cover. Tip is equipped with cap rigidly fixed on it at least with one springy tab diverted aside from axis of cap. Cap preferably has two and more tabs diverted aside from its axis, and reference information, for instance item designation, may be applied on its side surface. At the same time tip may be arranged as stepped or conical.
EFFECT: expanded arsenal of facilities used to to monitor integrity of closing link (rope section) in zone of its exit from device frame.
