SUBSTANCE: novel method prescribes skeletonizing esophageal foramen of diaphragm and esophagus left limb, incising gastrophrenic ligament and part of gastrolienic ligament, moving fundus of stomach downwards, denervating posterior wall of esophagus, cardia and upper one third of stomach body, incising cardial branches of pneumogastric nerves, completing denervation of esophagus in upward direction and with small curvature up to stomach corner, suturing deserosed smaller curvature, restoring gastrophrenic ligament, Gis corner and gastrofundal ligament, esophagogastrographing, attaching interior and posterior walls of stomach to one another to move down cardia and esophagus, and finally performing draining operation on stomach. EFFECT: lower rate of recurrences and post-vagotomic disorders.
