FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out selective proximal vagotomy along stomach lesser curvature outside of lesser curvature infiltration zone. Angular subtotal medial stomach body resection is carried out, innervated and oral regions being retained. Ulcer crater on the lesser curvature is left. Cardia areflux property is repaired by creating invagination esophagocardiofundal valve. Two chambered stomach is created. Invagination tubular corporoantral areflux anastomosis is applied.
