FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out selective proximal vagotomy. Stomach body and the lesser curvature are subtotally resected from stomach angle to cardia. Stomach fundus, a part of stomach body, innervated antral part and the greater curvature between the body and antral part of the stomach are retained. Corcoroantral valve is created. Duodenoplastic repair is performed. Esophagocardiogastric valve is created as particular case of operation. EFFECT: prevented recidivation; low risk of traumatic complications. 3 dwg
