FIELD: printed- circuit card manufacturing. SUBSTANCE: printed-circuit card is secured on an object table. A hole is made by a pulse laser beam directed perpendicular to the printed- circuit card surface. A pulse magnetic field is applied to the printed-circuit card simultaneously with the pulse laser beam. A printed-circuit card clamping mechanism designed to secure the card is made in the form of a spiral inductor mounted on the table for interaction with a power supply source made as a high-voltage capacitor having low inductance. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 2 cl, 3 dwg
