FIELD: aeronautical engineering. SUBSTANCE: hybrid flying vehicle has a body with vertical open shaft, a lifting propeller, side wings, tail unit, and cruising propellers. The invention is characterized in that there is a torus reinforcing ring having a closed cross-section and enclosing the vertical shaft below the lifting propeller plane of rotation.
