FIELD: aircraft engineering.

SUBSTANCE: aircraft comprises rotor hub cowl composed of bearing case or shaped extension wing. Wing top surface shape section approximates to circular arc. Wing chord distribution is selected so that said profile shape section makes a spherical segment. Note here that said segment can revolve while rotor blades are secured thereat while hub other part is fixed. To simplify blade transition modes said blades are set at genitive taper angle. Hub cowl revolving part features radius making 0.25-0.5 of main rotor radius. Cowl fixed part is provided with lift increasing means composed of flaps as lift devices. Rotor blades feature the profile of relative depth of 5-20% of the chord symmetric about leading and trailing edges. Hub coal simplified version can be composed of the solid of revolution made by the turn of similar profile relative to its mirror axis.

EFFECT: higher efficiency at hovering.
