FIELD: aeronautical engineering. SUBSTANCE: hybrid flying vehicle has a body made in the form of a central thick wing having vertical open shaft in which a lifting propeller is mounted. The apparatus has also side wings, tail unit, cruising propellers, and an air cushion landing gear surrounding the shaft exit. The invention is characterized in that the lifting propeller sizes are balanced against the air cushion landing gear. The flying vehicle power plant includes two engine units mounted on two sides of the shaft and connected to the lifting and cruising propellers.
