FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aviation equipment, namely to structures and aeromechanical methods for controlling vertical take-off and landing aircrafts. A vertical take-off and landing aircraft includes a fuselage (1), a landing gear (24), a wing (2) with ailerons (3), located at the ends whereof are lift and cruise power units, tail rotors. The power unit consists of a power frame (8) rigidly connected with the axis (6) extending along the wing (2), a lift cruise engine (9), a reducing gearbox (10), a lift cruise rotor (12), a swash plate (11), servo drives (13) of the swashplate (11), a worm (15) and a drive (14) thereof, located on the frame (8) and closed with a cowl (7). The wing (2) is rigidly fixed on the fuselage (1), and the lift cruise power units are configured to rotate in the supports (4) installed on the wing (2). The worm pairs of the power units are located at the ends of the wing (2) and are made in form of a sector (16) rigidly fixed on the wing (2) and a worm (15) with an electric engine (14) rigidly fixed on the power frame (8), configured for the lift and cruise power unit to be fixed in extreme and intermediate positions.
EFFECT: increased speed and duration of flight and raised reliability of the aircraft are provided.
