FIELD: micro-biological and food-processing industries. SUBSTANCE: the grower has a casing with technological branch pipes. Located in the upper and lower parts of the casing are tube plates with formation of chambers for the supply of nutrient medium and cultivation of biomass. The grower uses branch pipes for the supply and withdrawal of the heat-transfer agent to and from the intertube space. Fixed in the central part of the tube plates are the circulating pipe and bubbling pipes around it along the periphery. The lower sections of the pipes extend under the lower tube plate. Installed in the lower part of the circulating pipe is a pressure device for the delivery of the gas - liquid mixture from the chamber for cultivation of biomass to the chamber for the delivery of nutrient medium and subsequent flow of the mixture to the upper part of the bubbling pipes. The lower section of the circulating pipe extends below the end of the bubbling pipes. A helix is installed inside each bubbling pipe. The ratio of the lead of the helix to the thickness of its coil equals 3.0 to 7.5. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 6 cl, 3 dwg
