FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry. Disclosed is device for autotrophic microorganisms culturing. Device contains a cylindrical body divided by horizontal partitions on the culture liquid input, illumination and output sections. In horizontal partitions transparent cylindrical tubes with a film-forming device and a transparent re-circulation pipe are located. In the lighting section the device comprises an incandescent lamp, in the area of the culture fluid outlet section it comprises frame mixers and an impeller mixer, wherein the frame mixers are made with the possibility of planetary rotation relative to the shaft.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the biomass yield.
