FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Disclosed is a device for growing microorganisms. Device comprises a vertically oriented fermentation tank separated by a partition into top and bottom volumes. Partition is made in the form of a detachable non-perforated bearing shield with passing through it pipelines for transportation of gas and liquid phase and gravitational ejector for circulation of liquid phase. In each of the volumes there are outlets of jet ejectors for cross circulation of liquid in layers. Fluid circulation circuit of jet ejectors includes first inlet for supply of liquid phase, pipeline valves with adjustable shut-off element, heat exchanger, multiphase screw pump, outlet pipe for culture liquid, and gas circulation circuit of jet ejectors includes inlet for supply of gas phase, connected through second adjustable shut-off element with outlet pipe of upper or lower volumes in zones above level of cultural liquid to be filled. At that, in lower volume there are conjugated with each other bubblers for injection of oxygen-containing and methane-containing gases, to the bottom part of capacity there is a diffuser for output of culture liquid.
EFFECT: invention simplifies the manufacturing process of the device, improves reliability of its operation and repairability, reduces maintenance costs and increases time of productive operation with simultaneous increase in efficiency.
