SUBSTANCE: source data are encoded, transmitted over TV channel in the course of communication session, source data are accepted and decoded. Decoded data are employed to modulate electromagnetic recording effect used during recording or scan reversing data medium. Upon completion of communication session and data recording data are sorted out and required sorted data are re-recorded on changeable data media of computer external storage.
