FIELD: light-sensitive equipment. SUBSTANCE: SHF amplifier has decoupling unit with first, second and third arms and amplification diodes connected in parallel to third arm at distance multiple of quarter of wave length from each other. Decoupling unit is manufactured in the form of T-shaped connection of first rectangular and second square or round waveguides. Grating of metal ping perpendicular to vector of electric field is placed into first arm. Third arm is terminated in matched load. First and second amplification diodes are coupled transverse to third arm by means of first and second coaxial resonators. Central conductor of first resonator makes angle 25-65 deg with angle vertical and that of second resonator - angle from -25 to -65 deg. First and second metal rods can be inserted into amplifier in parallel to first and second coaxial resonators accordingly and be placed at quarter-wavelength distance from them. In cross-sections of second waveguide with first, second coaxial resonators and first, second metal rods there can be installed additional coaxial resonators with diodes and additional metal rods which will from correspondingly first and second lateral gratings from parallel coaxial resonators and first and second parallel grating from metal rods.
