FIELD: medicine, namely neurosurgery. SUBSTANCE: method allows to determine an effort of a traction load of a nerve upon its distraction in an apparatus for outer fixation. In order to provide the purpose after separating a neurone and its fixation to a dynamometer upon traction of the nerve a time moment of interrupting blood flow in venules is being registered with use of a microscope, then after lowering the load of the dynamometer a blood flow occurring is being registered and an effort of this time moment is being considered as optimal value. Such load is being holding over the whole stage of distraction. The elongated nerve is being sutured end-to-end by one of well known method. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and serviceability of the method. 1 cl
