FIELD: cleaning and recovery of exit gases. SUBSTANCE: method involves directing gases through electric filter; neutralizing reactor for removing residual dust and acid oxides, with dust removal being facilitated also by spraying dispersed water and resulting in cooling of gases and condensation of water steam; feeding gases to subsequent stage for obtaining carbonic acid gas by fluidizing method; feeding pulp obtained in reactor through water heater for preparing cement raw slag for rotary furnaces, with hot water of washing apparatus being recycled for subsequent usage for heating buildings and water.
