FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: the filler component (wt % ): 22-30 yttrium oxide activated with europium; 36-44 calcium holophosphate activated with antimony and manganese having a color temperature of 3500K; 26-34 magnesium fluorogermanate activated with manganese. The components are mixed to obtain a homogeneous state in a ball mill. The radiation spectrum is 500-700 nm and the transparency is 93-100% ; the absorption in the region of 200-480 nm is 100% ; the transformation of the absorbed UV-light into the region of the red constituent is 90-96% .
