FIELD: repair of ties. SUBSTANCE: device has base 1 over which rail length with ties 2 and rails 3 is moved. Installed on base is frame 4. Mounted on frame are motor 5 and relay 6 having rod on one end of its armature and electric contact on the other end. Secured rigidly to shaft of motor 6 is wheel 11 with stop 12 and recess 13. Mounted on shaft is crank 14. Connected to crank are connecting rod 15 and rack-rocker 16. Suspended from the other of connecting rod is hammer which is moved in box 19. Box carries electromagnets 21 with frame attached to their armature lower ends. Installed on lower part of frame is slider to which plate is secured. Plate is introduced into slot of track whose vertical post has holes. Clamp feed mechanism is formed by bottom plate with two vertical posts having holes. Located between holes is horizontal area with slope to rectangular opening in bottom plate to pass clamps, and with rack-rocker 16 connected with crank 11 and with one of bottom plate posts by means of strip. Installed between rack and one of walls on vertical axle secured to base and strip are rollers with projections for introduction into adjacent holes of rack post and bottom plate post.
