FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: machine for renewal of single ties has base rail flat-car 1, flat-car 2 for new and old ties which mounts tie renewal manipulator 3, new tie pack 4, rail lifting mechanism, ballast trimming mechanism and impact-vibrating mechanism. Rail lifting mechanism has vertical posts and rail tongs whose cheeks are hinge-connected with posts by means of rods. Posts and tongs are rigidly coupled with first additional frame installed for longitudinal travel relative to main frame. Ballast trimming mechanism has vertical trapezium-shaped parallel plates with cutouts for rails and pointed lower end faces. Plates are secured on second additional frame installed for vertical travel relative to main frame and arranged across track longitudinal axis. Tie pushing mechanism is essentially a striker hinge-connected with head by means of rods. Head is mounted on frame for travel across track. Conveyors for new and old ties are arranged at different levels and are displaced relative to each other longitudinally. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 6 dwg
