FIELD: steam generation. SUBSTANCE: interior of boiler contains additional vessel 10. Vessel 10 accommodates horizontally spaced flat electrodes 5 with holes connected at opposite sides by current leads 4. Lower face of bottom electrode 5 is made integral with flat electrode 6 having the shape of a square described into the hole of electrode 5. Central electrode 9 has the form of a short rod equal in height to the height of all flat electrodes 5. Current lead 7 is coated with a dielectric material.
