FIELD: fuel combustion in boiler furnaces. SUBSTANCE: fuel combustion is effected while air is supplied into furnace in coaxial flows and inert substance is introduced in split air and fuel fed to internal air stream. Internal air stream is supplied at temperature lower than that of external air stream by at least value determined from equation given in description of invention. Ratio of rates of internal air stream and inert substance flow is 0.5 to 1.5. In addition, fuel is supplied to internal air stream over periphery. EFFECT: improved fuel combustion. 2 cl, 2 dwg
