FIELD: solar power engineering. SUBSTANCE: coaxial tubes 1 and 3 are located in the focal point of reflector 4. Photocells 2 are secured to outer surface of tubes 3. Space between the tubes and interior of tube 3 is used for cooling the photocells. The cooling liquid is luminescent. In a different modified form the focal point of the reflector has transparent tube filled with cooling liquid. Interior of the tube accommodates semicylindrical luminescent concentrator and semicylindrical substrate for photocells. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of solar energy conversion. 3 cl, 2 dwg
