FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: to grow "clean" plants, the soil is treated with ferrocyanide-bentonite sorbent - waste product of demetallization and clarification of wine materials, or with sorbent produced from chloride pickling solutions. Sorbents contain 1-10 wt.- % of copper ferrocyanides and/or trivalent iron. Sorbent is placed into soil before its mechanical cultivation in the amount of 2-20 g/m2 or during watering in the amount of 0.05-5 g/m2. This reduces transition of radiocesium into plants 2-30 times. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 1 tbl
