SUBSTANCE: method includes stages of pre-decontamination removal of foreign impurities from source solution and their separation from filtrate produced in the process followed by final decontamination of filtrate by sequentially passing it through selective inorganic sorbents; source solution is separated from foreign impurities by passing it through membrane-type filter apparatus whose two rotating disks carry on both sides semi-permeable membranes made in the form of double- layer plates with lower layer made of porous metal and upper one, of porous cermet using metal oxides, nitrides, carbides of Ti, Zr, Mg metal group or their alloys.
