FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: object of this invention is early diagnosis, prognostication of rate and amount of recovery of disturbed functions revealed in extremities and increase of information content of new method and objectivity. Essence of new method resides in carrying out thermovision examination of patient, assessing nature of luminescence in self-contained region of innervation of affected nerve, recording thermoasymmetry in both extremities before and after cold test during both pre- and post-operation periods, and then judging degree and rate of recovery of nerve conduction. EFFECT: early diagnosis and prognostication of rate and amount of recovery of disturbed functions of extremities.
