FIELD: medicine, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: there are four pathological states to make diagnosis with respect to incomplete dislocation of pelvis to thigh-bone junction. First pathology state is detecting by evident bulge of high spit bone when patient is laying on table with knees taking inside and heels with external surfaces of foots being taking aside. Second pathology state is detecting by evident thigh-bone and a part of pelvis raising up with respect to bed plate when hips frontal surfaces are raising up too. Third pathological state is detecting by hips muscles contraction and tensioning appearing when shank turns through right angle to sharp one under one hand action with other hand simultaneous action to press high spit region against table surface. Fourth pathologic state is detecting by short muscle tenseness while shank bending. EFFECT: better accuracy of incomplete dislocation determining.
