FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopaedics. Hip adductor-pronation is corrected with using an exoskeletonisation device, for this purpose each hip is abducted and, if required, rotated entoectad at angles sufficient for correction of a pathological position of each hip. It is followed by fixing in the corrected position with enabled hip motions in three planes within a range of motions preset by the exoskeletonisation device. In case of one-sided or preferentially one-sided pathological process, there is required a various degree of abduction of each hip with specifying a greater degree of abduction on a side of the more manifested pathological process.
EFFECT: improved centration of the femoral head in the cotyloid cavity and increased motor possibilities in the patients.
