FIELD: machining. SUBSTANCE: cutting tool has a holder with a hole for feeding a processing fluid. A cutting member in the form of a set of ring plates with an end undercutting is mounted in a holder hollow. The undercutting forms radial cavities between the plates, the cavities are located on condition of communication with the holder hole. A processing fluid slot and a flexible tab are made in the bush. The cutting member is clamped by a clamp with a projection and a shank in the form of a dovetail positioned in a cross slot made in the holder. EFFECT: improved structure. 3 dwg
