FIELD: metal working. SUBSTANCE: device has mandrel and cutting unit provided with a cutting member set in guides of a holder for moving and interaction with a flexible member. The device is provided with a fastening screw and yoke used for securing the cutting member and fixing the flexible member. The flexible member is made of a flexible plate received in grooves of the holder and cutting corner. Inclined slots are provided on the head of the fastening unit. The slots form flexible projections used for interaction with the yoke. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
