FIELD: metal working. SUBSTANCE: method involves manufacturing of a three-layer blank by fusion cladding of a layer from a corrosion resistant chrome-nickel steel of austenite class to a blank of the main layer from a carbon or law-alloy steel and following rolling of the blank. The fused corrosion resistant steel has mass %: carbon - 0.01-0.15; chrome - 20-24; nickel - 10-15; manganese - 1-4, silicon 0.2-1: iron - the rest. The the fusion is made to a depth of penetration of the main layer equal to 2-10 mm. EFFECT: improved quality. 1 tbl
