FEEDER FOR DELIVERING COHERENT HARD-TO-FLOW MATERIALS Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

Abstract RU 2191729 C2

FIELD: agriculture, chemical, food and building industries. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to re-loading of coherent hard-to-flow materials. Auger is installed on drive shaft above head drum of conveyor in zone of falling down of material. Auger is furnished with vibration exciter at drive side. Vibration exciter has central skew gear and non-balanced planet pinions coming into engagement with central gear. Axles of planet pinions are connected with vibration exciter housing through overrunning mechanism. Flexible members are installed between housing of vibration exciter and skew gear which is rigidly connected with auger. Auger executes complex motion to break coherence of particles and layers. EFFECT: provision of leveling of flow and uniform delivery of metered out material. 2 dwg
