FIELD: manufacturing industrial rubber and tire articles. SUBSTANCE: antiageing agent or group of antiageing agent of amine type and/or products of condensation of acetone and aniline are mixed with polar plasticizer before its adding into composition of nonpolar carbon-chain caoutchouc takes place. Above mentioned polar plasticizer is ester of phthalic or sebacic acid, mass ratio of antiageing agent and plasticizer is (60-85):(15-40). Or mentioned above antiageing agent is mixed with ester plasticizer and with nonpolar carbon-chain caoutchouc at mass ratio (60-70):(5-20):(10-35) respectively, mixing is carried out at 40-110 C. The process is followed by adding disperser, rubber activator and accelerator, filler, plasticizer, sulfur and specific additives. EFFECT: increases resistance against ozone. 7 tbl
