FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of rubber products. Proposed frost-resistant rubber mixture for sealing purposes based on nitrile butadiene rubber of grade BNKS-18, sulphur, altax, zinc oxide, stearic acid, diaphene FP according to the invention additionally contains acetone anil, indene coumarone resin, dicumyl peroxide, technical carbon P774 with the following proportions of ingredients, pts. wt.: nitrile butadiene rubber BNKS-18 100, technical carbon P774 80–100, indene coumarone resin 1.0–3.0, acetone anil 1.0–3.0, stearic acid 1.0–2.0, diaphene FP dicumyl 3.0–6.0, sulphur 0.45–2.0, zinc oxide 1,0–2.0, altax 0.7–2.0.
EFFECT: increased strength characteristics of the rubber mixture, reduced residual compression deformation after thermal aging allow it to be used for sealing products, operated in a wide range of temperature effects from -40 °C to + 100 °C.
