FIELD: coal and fuel industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves treating aqueous dispersion of coal with agglomerating mixture composed of light hydrocarbon (n-hexane, n-pentane, petroleum ether), boiling point not over 70 C, heavy hydrocarbon - coal-tar oil, boiling point 200-400 C and nonionogenic oil-like addition produced by controllable propoxylation of phenol fractions from coking coal tars, 0.02-1% of the mass of coal. Propoxylated phenol fractions are ethoxylated; heavy hydrocarbon is selected from anthracene oils, gas-scrubbing oils or mixture thereof. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 13 cl, 2 tbl
