FIELD: biotechnology, experimental enzymology. SUBSTANCE: preparing of strain of HYBRID cultured cells Mus musculus L. producing monoclonal antibodies to formata dehydrogenase of Pseudomonas sp. 101. Stain is prepared by hybridization of murine splenocytes (strain Balb/c) with murine myeloma cells Sp 2/0. Monoclonal antibodies are belong to subclass 1g 62a. Affinity constant is 4·108M-1. Minimal concentration of formate dehydrogenase determined by use of prepared antibodies is 5·10-11M. EFFECT: preparing of strain indicated above.
