FIELD: clinical biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing the strain of hybrid cultured murine cells Mus musculus L. which produces monoclonal antibodies to phenobarbital. Strain is prepared by hybridization of murine splenocytes of line BALB/c with myeloma P3-X63.Ag 865.3 cells. Monoclonal antibodies are referred to subclass IgG1 and bind specifically with phenobarbital. Concentration of monoclonal antibodies in ascitic fluid is 5-8 mg/ml.
