FIELD: clinical biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing strain of hybrid cultured murine cells Mus musculus which produces monoclonal antibodies to digoxin. Strain D-22 is prepared by hybridization of murine splenocytes of line BALB/c with myeloma X63 Ag.865.3 cells. Monoclonal antibodies are referred to subclass IgG1, affinity constant of antibodies is 5·109M-1.
