FIELD: hydraulic engineering. SUBSTANCE: siphon is pipeline 1 with circular ribs arranged along its length. This pipeline 1 is inserted in cylindrical casing 4. Diameter of casing is somewhat larger than that of circular ribs. At lengthy intervals siphon is provided with sections 5 packed with water-permeable soil cementing material. Casing walls on sections 5 are perforated. When pipeline 1 gets worn, cavity is formed in its wall. Hydraulic mixture penetrates through this into space between walls of pipeline 1 and casing 4, fills space between ribs and stops it up with soil on top. Water from this hydraulic mixture flows out through perforated ports on sections 5 into water area 13. Worn place is stopped with soil. EFFECT: extended service life of siphon. 4 dwg
