FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: device incorporates three magnetic circuits 3-5. Common winding 2 enveloping magnetic circuits 3-5 is primary winding which forms input circuit and output circuits composed of secondary windings 6-8 placed on proper magnetic circuits. It also has two short-circuited windings 9 and 10. Winding 9 embraces cores of magnetic circuits 4 and 5 and winding 10 is wound on magnetic circuit 5. Conversion of input voltage into three-phase system of voltages is based on use of phase shift of main working magnetic flux in multileg transformer by means of additional magnetic fluxes excited with the aid of short-circuited turns.
