SUBSTANCE: new method prescribes parenterally administering 0.04 to 0.06 per cent solution of sodium hypochlorite at rate of 5 to 7 ml/kg by body mass during 7 to 10 days. Before being administered, sodium hypochlorite solution must be treated by magnetic field. New method allows achieving positive result in all cases of obliterating vascular diseases of lower extremities, reducing bed-hours one and a half times, diminishing or completely eliminating algesic sensations in lower extremities, betterment of sleep, reducing pericapillary edema, increasing temperature in lower extremities, normalizing integument color, emergence of tendency for necrosis restraint and healing of trophic ulcers, and markedly increasing tolerance for physical loads.
